No refunds will be given for products purchased that are downloadable, such as e-books.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on video tape and DVD purchases.
All goods purchased are checked for quality at our premises before being shipped to the customer.
If the customer receives goods that are faulty, the goods must be returned to us in the original packaging, in original condition, unworn and unwashed in the case of clothing, within 3 weeks of order date. We will not accept any damaged or soiled products. The customer shall pay the cost of shipping the goods back. The original receipt must be included along with the reason for return. Upon receipt of the faulty goods, we will credit the customer’s original method of payment, excluding delivery, or we can also hold a credit for future purchases the customer may make, if the customer chooses.
Healthworld Enterprises Pty Ltd will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise as a result of an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer to us. The customer is responsible for providing correct email and mailing addresses.
